Cruising the TechPowerUp forums I still haven't seen an answer to what this means. People's card are fluctuating from 30%-110%. Percentages are fine, but what is the damn thing actually measuring?

My guess, as you increase voltage or heat, it mesures signal degradation.
Would have though it would be very useful for memory OC'ing due to the newer ring bus on ATI cards.
I don't think the "ASIC" in question is the GPU or memory chips.

Two different features. The load is to see if your PCIe bus increases. The ASIC option is in a different place entirely.
