Can't install applications

I can't install hardly any applications aside from avg, and auslogics right now. I keep getting errors saying that the file is corrupt. I've tested my ram and even booted with 1 stick in, and then the other. I tried installing to numerous hard drives and I can't seem to figure it out. Any ideas?

Partially solved. I reinstalled windows. I downloaded an app I had problems with. The Heaven benchmark...it worked.. I went toinstall the valley off my downloads I had on my other hard drive. Same error . For some reason everything ibdownloaded on my other windows is flawed and now everything is downloaded properly. I have no idea
