Not a tech navy and need some help in regarding Windows 7 login issue. I used NT Password to reset my forgotten password. I followed all the steps online and it says the password was blank successfully. However, when i boot the computer, the login screen still asks me for password. Any good alternative to it? appreciated for any suggestion.

I have used ophcrack and the nt offline tools with 100% success. Make sure you follow the NT instructions EXACTLY or it wont erase the password.

Oh and remember, when the password gets blanked you still have to press enter if the password screen comes up

P.S I clicked the enter button and it says password is incorrect.
