aTuner is a small tool for changing/tweaking settings on your GeForce, Quadro and Radeon graphic cards. Includes Anti-Aliasing (including all unofficial modes), Anisotropic Filtering, VSync, and MipMap LOD Bias.

sweet, wonder if it supports my 7800GS b/c rivatuner doesn't, yet. only app i found that halfway supports my card, and this is just the overclocking artifact testing part, is the ATI Tool.

i've hear good things about nVHardPage too. but it doesn't support my 7800GS yet either.
