Creating a PDF...hwo to

*Background*
I am a Notary Public. ( for those that dont know what that is, in the simplest of terms, I certify that you are who you say that you are. needed for signing certain documents like when you buy a house or something) I have some forms that need to be filled out when i preform a notary.
*Problem/question*
My question is, I have a PDF version of the form, is there a way to make it able to do the fill-in thing on the form. I want to be able to open the form up on my computer, fillin all the info on the computer then print it out with all the info.

You need to have Adobe Acrobat installed.
Not Acrobat Reader, but the full version of Adobe Acrobat.
There may be some other third party apps out there that can also create documents in PDF format but this will be limited because you might have to completly re-create that form from scratch so you can then save in that format.
Full version of Acrobat is the way to go, I think.

LOL I don't own the software so I wouldn't know how to use it

yes, i'ts doable. What you would have to do is create text fields on the lines where you would type the information. Then you would be able to type the words into these text fields.

even if the orig. pdf isnt mine and is password protected, can i still add the text fields?

If it is password protected, most probably not. I suggest using the trial version of
Advanced PDF Password Recovery to remove the protection
Maybe then will you be able to modify it?

you can't edit the file if it's password protected. HOwe3ver, zenphic's suggestion is good as you can actually use that software to crack the protection. Alternatively, you can export the files to other form and then put it back into the pdf.
