Free screensaver designer

I've seen several for-pay and shareware screensaver makers, but they all have nags on my screensaver after I make it about how I should buy the registered version. My requirements are very simple.
The program must:
1. Be able to generate screensavers using JPGs
2. Be able to play them in order. If it is alphabetical this is OK because the files are named like this: "01[filename]" (no brackets)
3. Be able to play an MP3 as background without the MP3 being stored on the user's computer (i.e. it is part of the screensaver file itself)
4. Be FREE (time limited trials are OK as long as they do not nag in any way)
