Here is a link of the one the I bought, it has so many mounting holes and comes with so much mounting hardware that I think itll fit just about anything lol. My koolance system is a piece and i had to buy some 1/4" fittings from home depot and use them instead of the stock 3/8" but it even with my POS koolance pump and rad it keeps my new AM2 4200+ X2 at about 42 celsius under load. Infact its kind of stragne there is only about a 2 degree difference between load and idle speeds on my processor, i have no idea why.

Here is the link.

hmm i dont have liquid cooling but i have an NZXT Lexa with 6 case fans (1 was modded on there) and my CPU(mounted with zalman 7000-Cu) temps are around 32*C idle so i dont think it could get cooler.

Swiftech also has a new adapter plate for the AM2's........;) If you already have a APOGEE block, the new plate will run you around $6.00 plus shipping. If you're buying a new block, it will come with both types of mounting plates so you can run the APOGEE on any CPU out there................

A 2C change under load!!!! Are you running it for ~1hr under load before checking the temps? With watercooling it takes a while for your coolant temps to level off.........
2C delta is super for the TDX.....
