Yep amd fx60 will be dual core, you can actually buy this CPU from ebay right know.

FX60 will be for gamers as current games are being patched for dual core.....not to mention drivers or new games.....XbitLabs have done an article a while ago, which shows a 4800+ out performing an FX57 thanks to support for dual core!!!

I think you need to read my comment again, I did not say the FX is not for gamers, I said it's not for your "average" gamer with a budget of 2k for a new rig.
It's the same with the GPU, how many gamers do you think has 2 Geforce 7800GTX 512mb running in Sli mode?
Only a small group of people will spend 4k-5k for a high end Computer.
