I have an FX-57, and I don't have that installed. Does anyone use it for their FX processor?

It looks like the driver implementation of the Cool'n'Quiet tech.

I've installed it for a couple of friend's AMD based computers. If you aren't bothered about it trying to use less power when it is on, then I guess you don't really need it.
