How to identify Phenom CPU's part number?

For Example:
Phenom: HD8400WCJ3BGD
Athlon : ADO5400IAA5DO


I know the string of Athlon.
But when it comes to Phenom, what's the meaning of each word?

why not try cpu-z, it can gather detailed information about this CPU, it support about all AMD CPUs. :)
