just get the 4400+ its a lot cheaper and im sure it will OC :) i know i want one real bad. dont think its going to happen though.

Bud, my wife has it plenty good. I don't think she would ever complain about how I treat her......but I'll just pretend that post doesn't exist, and hope she doesn't see it.......she would totally agree.

i dont think its a tough call at all, you get 2 cores and still get top quality game performance. X2 all the way, trust me if i was not spending all my $$ on folding i would be getting an X2.

I'll have to wait and see. If the FX-57 comes out at 2.8GHz as everyone expects, then a 400MHz performance difference could be pretty big. The X2 showed about the same, a little better across the board compared to the FX-55.

We just got our 4800+ that we ordered from work in yesterday from tigerdirect. Finishing the install today, i'll let you know how it goes.
