How to oc a XP2000+ with Abit KR7A-RAID MB

Hi,
Purchased a new system yesterday, so want to know how to oc this one before it goes to heaven, not scared now I guess
The mb lets me control everything, it was pretty good back in 2000....
Yesterday I tried raising the FSB to 146 and managed to OC it to 1860 something.... but after the bios screen, it just freezes (black screen).
Should I raise the voltage? I dont know much about ocing... any help appreciated.
My ram is PC133 DDR Kingston Value ram 1320mb, cpu is running stock AMD cooler...
