Sorry, I don't have any pix during the build.
To hook it up into pump, I use 1/2in ID plastic tube (about 2inches long) - same method for connection between copper tubes and CPU, NB blocks, rad, and res. The plastic tubes would help moving part(s) easily.
Likek Alathad said, copper tubes would help to dissipate the heat (if any) in the tube (that's the idea that manufactures use copper for heatsink).
In my situation, since the temperature is not too hot , so the tubes is only be used to "show off" ..

... not helping to ease the temp.... TT Armor 8003WBS is big enough to keep system cool.
I came up with this after seeing MartinM (XS) made his copper elbows. So, I said to myself: "why not using copper tubes all the way?" ....
