Nicely done =D> and welcome to the forums :).

I have a case I'm working one similar in size and shape, don't think mine will look as nice when I get around to finishing it.

I like the use of the magnets to hold the side on, I may have to steal that idea :mrgreen:

If you hadn't mentioned it was homemade, I would of thought it was OEM... expensive OEM. Really nice clean look. Another 'less is best' approach.

Is that wood casing? If so what kind of wood did you use?

Yes, I used polished steel plate INOX.

Wooden construction - is nut-tree, painted oil varnish.

My friend's grandfather broke some branches climbing a tree. [-X He slipped. :( He fell. [-o< He caught the broken off end of a branch on the way down...not with his hands. :shock: Laying on the ground, he was missing some parts. 8-[ Perhaps this wood from that legendary 'nut-tree' ??? :vom:
