is there a site that do pc cases like customize them the way i want it...?
like air brush it or paint it like a car paint.... something like that.

Crazy PC does some and I think Performance PC does some as well, you'll have to contact them to see if they do what you're looking for.

mountain mods offers custom paint jobs on the ufo case, but it is (imho) outrageously expensive

If you plan on doing it a lot, you could buy an air brush kit and do it yourself.
