Just thought I'd post a pic or 2 of my latest system project. The Monster Rig...........................
Outside of a simple A64 system:
DFI LandParty UT Ultra-D
AMD A64 3000 Venice
Ultra XL PC3200 2x512
HIS X800XL iTurbo
WD SATA 80 Gig x2
Lite-on CDRW and DVDRW DL
Thermaltake TWV 500w
I'll have my little water cooling system:
PolarFLO TT CPU and GPU water blocks
1 PolarFLO TT Laing D4 water pump + 1 plain D4 water pump
2x 2-302 Quad fan heater cores with custom made Canadian shrouds 2 per core, push/pull setup.
1 loop for the CPU and a second loop for the GPU, changable to both rads and pumps in series via quick disconnects.

It's the UFO case, I'm getting to old and lazy to build something like that by hand anymore...................

I coldnt justify paying that much money on a case.

Me either, but this is the cheapest version they make, and I like it the best anyway. They are only like $270 plus shipping.

ONLY!
You could get like 3 lian lis and stick them all together for that price!!

by Bio-Hazard
That you could, but then you'd still have to put them all together and then mod them to fit the different types of radiators that the UFO already comes setup for.....................

wow... that lanparty mobo box looks so phony. it looks like a something someone would buy on the corner from some shady vendor or something, doesn't it? like some "made in china" piece of crap.

awesome rig... wondering what you've been up to the past few months! not seen you!

Been sick......in and out of the VA.............several times, and spent the better part of 2 months high on meds. After 2 cancer biopsies and one emergency surgery all is well for right now anyway, I my end up out living all you all..................
As for a phony MoBo, DFI are the badest, most overclockable MoBo's out on the market these days. I'm not a big fan of the looks, but hey, what ever works and overclocks the best is what I say. I'm running this system on air right now and it's only been up for a few days and it's doing OK IMHO. I got this my first time trying to OC the thing with passive air.

yeah, i know the lanparty boards are sweet... i'm just talking about the box. it looks like they spent all their assets on trying to make an awesome mobo and none on the advertising/aesthetics on the box.

I think my daughter could have done a better job designing a better box, but the box normally ends up in the trash anyway...............LOL. And I never see the box of a item until UPS brings it to my door.............I never buy at a retail outlet, only online.....................

The system is up and running on a single radiator, I found both to be total over kill even at overclocked speeds. These Venice cores run so much cooler that even at a 300 HTT I'm still running at 38c max load temp.
