It's looking very good mate.....

I think you might need to move the fan further away from the heatsing for more performance.....more air turbulence...but then you'll loose the last PCI slot....Does NV use a shim around the GPU like ATI? you could try removing it?

Hmmm, yeah, good thoughts Ken.
There is a shim of some kind around the GPU, but it didn't look like it would be a problem. I'll also try moving the fan back further away from the heatsink again too.

Your fan bracke looks pertty good, but if you were to just bend the plexi instead of using the corner bracket and screws, it'd look alot cleaner with leaa metal screws showing with more chances of shorting things out.

Yeah, I totally agree with you Bio. However, I have no heat gun to bend the plastic. I also don't mind the way I have it because you can't even see the pointed end of the screws when the unit is all installed in the case. Plus if I ever want to take it off, then I can.
