Help with OverClocking Please

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the settings I should use to OC my Computer
A8N32-SLI Deluxe Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce SPP 100 ATX AMD Motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ Manchester 2000MHz HT Socket 939
CORSAIR XMS 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit System Memory
eVGA 256-P2-N554-AX Geforce 7600GT KO 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card
I am using stock heat sink and fan my case has one 120mm fan and I am going to get a second one.
