CM 590 VS 690? is it obvious?

Hi everyone.
tomorrow im gettin my new rig and i have to quickly decide what im going for - its either gonna be a Cooler Master 690 or a CM590 with 2 fans for the case... well , what do you think i should choose? it would be obvious to go for the 690 but ive heared nicer things about the 590, but with only 2 fans its clearly not enough, not this summer ;)
im getting a new Antec 550W neo power PSU with it... never had experience with antec... what is your 14.5 cents?

running a antec 650 watt psu in my rig for almost a year no problems wat so ever, i think antec is pretty good company
