What a waste of development resources. No need for this

Hey both company's make killer drivers, may it be HDDs or Optical. I hate to see them waste money on this. Although maybe for High RPM hard drives, is there a way to overclock HDDs that we don't know of

This liquid cooling technology by Hitachi and PC development design technology by NEC reduces the noise level of desktop PC approximately by 22.4 decibels (dB) to 24.0 dB.
What is it killing noise from? I was going to say that my hard drives aren't even that noisy to begin with, but then I remembered that I have a P180 ^_^

Water cooling the CPU and GPU, yes, and maybe the chipset if you have a huge water cooling fetish, but a HD, I just don't see the need............
