ultra 120 extreme and Gigabyte X38 Dq6

Basically does anyone know if this cooler will fit onto this board? It says on the thermalright motherboard computability list that it is compatable if you remove the crazy cool. im not sure if they mean remove the crazy cool heat sink on the back of the mobo or remove the whole crazy cool system i hope its not the latter as i don't want to remove the whole lot that would suck big time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

got the board, but I don't have the cooler... It looks like it would fit though.
