Is Seasonic M-12 500w enough?

I bought Seasonic 500w, and I dont know is that Power Supplie enough for my configuration?

configuration:
- Motherboard ASUS P5K DELUXE
- Procesor Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
- Cooler ZALMAN CNPS9700 LED
- Graphic card Point Of View GeForce 8800GTX
- 4 x DDR2 1Gb PC6400, 800Mhz
- 1 x Floppy disk
- 1 x DVD NEC AD 7173A
- ANTEC NINE HUNDRED-EU (3 x 120mm LED vent i 200mm vent)
- 2x HDD 320.0 GB SAMSUNG

Sow is 500w enought?

Seasonic makes some great power supplies... I run the Corsair 620W PSU on my Intel Q6700 with an XFX GeForce 88000 Ultra and a pair of RaptoX hard drives running RAID and all is fine. The Corsair HK series is based off the M-12, so it should be a good PSU. Check out the voltages with a volt meter once you get it, but it should be good to go unless you do some crazy overclocking.

You'll be fine. System probably uses at full load around 400W. Normal usage maybe 250.
