I can't see how that is possible... when they show the monitor at the start of the video the fan on the heat sink isn't on then either. At 3.8GHz it shoulda fried before they pulled it off and it "blew up" threw the board and table. 2 problems with that video -- 1) Processors aren't seated air tight, so they should blow up 2) The processor cracked around the core and the core itself didn't fry...

Still funny though

That was rigged...if you look closely, you can tell. When they fry the P4, there is a lot of smoke before it blows up...

totally fake, but funny :)

i bet this is how they did it...

* photoshopped cpu-z
* put hole in motherboard and table for co2
* broken cpu... as you can see after it jettisons into the air, it isn't busted apart... not only that, but if it fell, it doesn't have enough mass or downward descent for it to reach a high enough terminal velocity for it to break upon impact.
*fake french accents

The Aliens finally reveal themselves... disguised as overheated chipsets! Nice video by the way, even though you can tell it is totally fake.

This belongs on http://www.owned.com, even though it's probably faked...Table OWNED by CPU, CPU owns itself.
