I'm not a 100% sure, as I have never seen that specific cooler installed, but a TRUE 120 will need the side fans to be gone if you install it, so I assume this one is the same.

Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme, commonly referred to as TRUE 120.

The V1 is actually about 23mm smaller than the TRUE.
The manufacturers specs list the height of the V1 at 143mm.
So if you have a tape measure and the case already, you can measure it out.

I have the CoolerMaster Stacker 830 with a Zalman CNPS9500A LED CPU fan installed on my motherboard .
Dimensions are listed at 85mm L x 112mm W x 125mm H . The actual fan is 92mm in diameter and 25mm in depth .
I would highly recommend this fan for this case and any compatible motherboard .
It fits nicely inside the case with fan panel in place and all 4 side panel fans installed .
It's quiet and extremely effective .
