Antec 1200 with my water cooling in

Post by KnightRid »

Not done yet. I REALLY wish I had a good water cooling setup so I could run this beast of a case for my main rig, but for learning, this is great :)

Looks nice.
I like the UV stuff.

Say .... I don't think I've ever seen a candy apple red vacum cleaner before!
That looks cool too! :)

clean up those cables. :) ... and again, you suck. I really want that case to join the family. Maybe at tax time I can juggle rigs and add a 1200 to the mix (1 900, 2 300s, and a Sonata III).

Nice Job!!

Nice setup from the pics. Can you take the side panel off and show the layout?

It is a friggin BEAST! Still wish it had more room on the bottom of the case, but with the PS on the bottom, I can turn the reservoir and pum sideways and have it up against the front cage...you will see once i get the inside pic up.

Thanx for the kind words everyone! Will post more pics as I get more of it done. Wife is off work today, so I might have to go running around, but I will try and get more done today!!

Ok uploaded an internal shot while the wife is on conference call :)

What is a CCT Skipp?

Mike

cable management is about the best it will be - that one wire stretching from the back of the case goes over the the box for the UV light strips, which is just barely long enough to reach the box at the front of the case. I cant do anything else with it unless I cut it off and lengthen it (which does not seem very feasible to me :) )

the light bar on the right side of the case just standing up gets attached to the side panel, so it wont stay there when the case is closed up.

I am REAL tempted to try this water cooling on my quad and 8800gt in this case - just to see if it could handle it :)

Cold Cathode Tubes. That is what you're lighting the case with right?

LOL - DUH on me (once again..hahaha)

Yea, they are just laying in there right now. I am still playing around with the best place to put them for the nicest effect.

Like in the Legit Reviews review of the case - http://www.legitreviews.com/article/777/1/ - I wish there was a way to turn off the led's on ALL the fans and not jsut the top one. Heck I would settle for just the back 2!

Mike

I am hoping to get this up and folding again today! I am getting to picky with how it looks and taking time away from my folding :(
