Hi guys, I've been thinking of building a small rig for my son. He doesn't want a laptop, and a small rig is still kind'a mobile.
I would like it to be spaceious enough for a ati5850 videocard , and ditto psu. Any suggestions? Case and contents?
CyberPower's LAN Mini H2o V2 , is this case in stores?

Re: Mini gaming rig!
Cyberpower is using the SilverStone Sugo SG05 Mini-ITX Case for that system. You can read a review of that case here - http://www.legitreviews.com/article/1198/1/
It was $69.99 after a $30 rebate, but now it is $95 shipped after a $15 rebate.

Re: Mini gaming rig!
Is there space enough for a 5850 card, and is the psu sufficient? What mobo do I use?
Otherwise it looks great, in black!
Thx

Re: Mini gaming rig!
Any Mini-ITX board you like.
The Sugo case fits cards up to 9" in length.
The Radeon HD 5670 measures six and 5/8" in length.
The Radeon HD 5770 is 7.1875" in length.
That means you can fit either of those cards in your system. The Radeon HD 5870 is 12" long, and all 5800/5900 series cards are longer than 9" in length. I think that cyberpower used the 5670 due to power supply limitations.

Re: Mini gaming rig!
Iwould like a case that fits a 5850 card and an atx psu, as it's for gaming, and I think I read here somewhere about a case with a 5890 card?? On the LA event?
I guess they are the same sice. Thanks anyway
