Can I replace a Domino ALC pump with another?

Post by KnightRid » Mon Aug 16, 2010 6:13 am

Figured I would start a thread about this.

Since my Domino ALC died, my core i7 just sits here and pisses me off every time I look at it since the damn cooler died like 4 times now. I am not bothering to do a warranty replacement since the next one will die in a few months also probably.

My question - does anyone know if I can open this thing up, remove the failed pump and use another pump in its place?

I do not care if it would be an external pump that would sit on the bottom of the case or not. I am not worried about it looking good right now, just getting it up and running again.
Cigar Blog I review for - http://www.stogiereview.com

Remember, I am opinionated and nothing I say or do reflects on anyone or anything else but me :finga:

the only way i would think is if you cut the hoses at the fittings on the rad then bought new hoses, but at that point you'd have to get everything for a whole watercooling setup and might as well just get a new(better) rad too

i'd just get a H70..

I think this is the digital gods way of telling you to man up and build your own WC rig. :supz:
