Fan bearing types and the new Evercool "EL-Bearing"

Found this over at the Evercool website and thought it is good information about fan bearings. Looks evercool's new "Ever Lubricate Bearing Technology" could give us some new, useful products. Hopefully they don't cost too much!
Anyone hear of these, have any experience with them, or know where they are for sale?
