even better cooling for my pc

I'm wondering what cooling choose for my pc, which is:
1.8GHz Opteron 165
DFI LP nF4 SLI-DR
2x1gb Crucial XMS(led)
Asus GF7800GT

Few days ago, I was ready to buy exos2
or
Promeia
or build my own cooling system with pump, radiator biex3 etc

Now I don't know!
I have good temps in pc with AC.
north bridge(nF4) = 71F
case = 76F
HDD = 72F
CPU = 88F
GPU = 48C (I don't know how much is it in F)
and these temps are taken when I'm playin. Normally I have everything below 20C (66F)
I saved $300. I'll have about $600 max at Xmas.
Should I buy now, or wait for more money?
I want to cool down temps on cpu, gpu and NB, and maybe even on memory.
So...
1st idea=
buy exos2 for cpu and second exos2 for nb and gpu
2nd idea=
buy prometeia for cpu
buy exos2 for gpu and NB
but I have to wait for money up to even February, so it's not good idea.
3rd idea=
buy 2 water cooling systems with 2 biex3, g70, 2 pumps, coolers for Cpu and Nb etc...

So we are talking about $350-650 now.
Should I save for sth better?
What do You suggest?
Are there any better ideas?
One more thing. I play a lot so I'm using it for gaming. I want to overclock it but first I want to have really good cooling.
and... I'm already waiting for your posts:)

Take a look at the swiftech H20-120 kit or the Apex kit. They are pretty nice and $250 or less I believe.

I didn't see it yet but I believe it's to cheap to be as good as I need.
I see your configuration looks preety like mine. What's your temps on hdd, cpu, gpu, case, nb ?

Temps are high 30's C at load. This is not a "cheap" kit. Swiftech makes nice stuff..

Case and chipset temps are ~ 40 at load.

I love my Prommie, but when you consider the price, and the fact it doesn't cool anything besides the CPU, it isn't worth it.
If I had to choose, the Exos 2 is the best cooling avilable on the market. The cooling blocks work excellent, its easy to work with, and the performance are second to none. I've actually gotten comparable CPU overclocks out of my Exos 2 that I've gotten with my Prommie. The biggest difference is that I also have water blocks on my chipset, video cards, and HDD.
I also very much like the fact its an external kit with the ability to adjust the noise levels.
the reason you are probably seeing such good numbers is the time of year.

Who needs to cool anything else? My chipset temps are low and my GPU gets to 60 max with the AC NV silencer. I knew when I bought it I only wanted to cool the CPU. You could always buy a GPU block and chipset block and add on. I'm happy (except for the fact I have no chip to cool at the moment :x )

All I water cool is my CPU and GPU. NB stays below 40c with good air flow and the NB fan set to where I can't hear it. Video card idles at 25c with a load in the mid 30c range. The CPU stays below 40c with a mild OC of 300x9. I think that's plenty cool enough.
Swiftech rules.......... 8)
My system is also external and is styled after Bio-Hazards external rig that's posted on another forum.
I guess it's posted here to, I just found it in the modding thread....... 8)

Uhhh...that looks a little bit over your budget.

I'd say that was a little high dollar, but oh well, you only live once as they say. And who needs to eat anyway........... :shock:

You also said you have $300 plus upto $600 more @ christmas....that's just 900!
That Prometeia costs $1300!!! + a Koolance kit...I just don't see how you can do this with even with $1500 :?
An awful lot of $$$$ for cooling........ :|

I can't say a word, I've spent $1500 on 3 Opteron porcessors in the past month and intentionally cut into one! LOL :lol:

Mayby Apop can post a pic of your cpu, so people can pass on their respects to a soldier lost in action......

I honestly don't understand the point of some of these cooling systems, for the price, you could probably buy a second CPU and a dual socket motherboard and get much higher performance than you ever would with a single CPU and an extreme cooler. :P

Of course, these aren't exactly cheap either. :P

This might do if you can live without SLi:

Did I miss the entire point of the thread? :lol:

There's no better solution for me.
I want to overclock my Opteron 165 to 3.1Ghz and I know I will.
Any other solutions like typical water cooling won't give my temps I need. And... look!
If I buy stuff for max $600 like I said I will never get what I need. I think maybe 2.6Ghz max!
Obviously, I would upgrade my stuff to cool better and I would buy more and more. And soon I would have two pumps, 2 or 3 radiators etc...
And after 3-5 months tha overall price would be at least $1000.
So, my point is, lets wait until I get $1300, that would probably be at the end of the January cause nothing gives me as low temps as Berkut.
And I think that's the main idea.
People throw money in cooling, and that's not small money.
My Opteron and gf7800GT is just superb in games now and it will be the same for few months. So I don't need @ now, that would be only playin'.
I will wait until I have enough to buy my berkut baby.
And then we will think about cooling my gpu and Nb.

Well, I mean if you want to do it and have the means, then go right ahead...I just hate to see good money go to waste is all.....unfortunately I currently have to live in the South, where money is always an issue and jobs don't pay crap, so you learn to get something similar to what you want, though it's not exactly what you want......originally from L.I., NY btw.....plan on moving somewhere where I know I can get paid more, so I can waste my money on cool-ass computer parts, lol.

I know what You mean:/
I saved cash from every day of my work for almost 3 months.
Now I want the best I can get.
and south Chicago socks too...

I don't understand. why even consider buying a water cooling system if temps are allready cool with AC? no point wasting your money. you only need better cooling when temps are unacceptably high or want to voltmod/OC your components. otherwise just a waste of $$$$ :rolleyes:
