What is acceptable on the 12v rail?

I just got this from Newegg

And noticed that in checking the 5v and 12v rails with my multimeter I got the following results:

5v = 5.1v

12v = 12.4v

I don't believe the 5v rail only being .1v high is a problem, but what about the 12v rail being at 12.4v? Should I be wary of this?

was that under load or at idle? Usually want to be with in 3-5% which would be 12.3 to 12.6

It was at idle. I also noticed the 3.3v at 3.4v but that didn't alarm me as much as the 12.4v. Since it is in the ASUS 890 rig that I'm troubleshooting with Nate's 965 I didn't want to leave it in for long so I swapped my ELT500 back in (its' volts are 3.36v, 5.10v, and 12.01v respectively). I guess I should have tested under load for a few minutes?

Those voltages are completely normal. It's meant to be a bit higher so when load is applied it has enough "oomph" to not drop below 12V. Even your 12V car battery can be as high as 14.4V, though i'd be strongly concerned if the PSU was that high. No worries. Your voltages are acceptable :)
