Asus A8V SLK 948U heatsink and memory compatability ?s

I liked your memory review article and am thinking about purchasing the Asus A8V deluxe socket 939 motherboard. I currently have an athlon xp 3200 running with 512mb PC3500 old OCZ memory and 512mb PC3500 PNY Verto memory.

Would you happen to know if the thermalright slk 948U heatsink
monster fits on the Asus A8V?
