Hey guys, I need some help here I'm pretty new to water-cooling and I need to know what water-block to get with this case: http://www.xoxide.com/koolancepc2.html that will fit on a 520 Socket 775 processor. Many thanks!

Check with Koolance, their adapter for that CPU should be out soon...........

Well what other brand could I go with and can you post a link to the exact water-block I need?

right now I don't know of any water blocks for the new Intel sets. I think in a month or two once it becomes more mainstream you will have better luck, right now the pickings are pretty slim

The info I posted about the Koolance block is the only info I saw about the new CPU socket..........

i have to say theres one thing i like about lga775, no more retention bracket for customers to break that we cant replace

Why cant you replace the retention bracket? Im sure that there is a place where you can buy replacements and its only a few plastic pins. The thing i DO like about LGA775 is the socket creates the presure between the cpu and the mobo not the heatsink, some time take a look at your mobo with the heatsink on and you will notice how bent it is. I dont even want to think about how much weight my skl-800 puts on my little nf7

heh, i work for a store and we cant buy them from any vendor or manufacturer at all, the same goes for io shields, manuals, or driver cds. its a pain in the ass
