MSI K9MM-V + Blue Orb II = Mystic Universe Power? o.O

Haha. I already got the MSI K9MM-V microATX delivered (love the way it looks by the way). Ordered a Processor (Athlon 64 3800+ AM2) and it came too... and because I'm such a n00b I forgot that usually "OEM" means "just the item itself."
So now I gotta look for a CPU sink n' fan, which may be a blessing in disguise since none of my friends and almost nobody online (not that you'd be nobody) uses the stock stuff.
I already ordered some Arctic Silver 5... some people say that was excessive, especially if I don't plan to overclock, but... whatever. I gave in. Nyah! =P
QUESTION: Will a Thermaltake Blue Orb II or slightly smaller Golden Orb II be able to fit on the K9MM-V board without interfering with the DIMM sockets and the CPU power socket (the four-pinned one)? I have dimensions up the wazoo from sites showing specs but I can't figure out if the heatsink fins are gonna encroach on those things.
Any help's appreciated!
