Antec announces availability of P190

Just to let you know, Antec has announced the availability of P190, its most advanced performance case yet.

The largest Performance One case to date, P190 is designed to handle large hardware, multiple graphic cards, dual CPUs and a water-cooling system. The case comes with customizable dual Neo-Link PSU systems for 1200 Watts of power. There are ample cooling features including four 120mm fans and a 200mm side-mounted 'Big Boy' fan. Additionally, P190's silent computing features include silicon grommets on the hard drive mounts and dual layer sound deadening panels.

Antec's P190 will retail for $490.00. I covered this case back at CES here if you want to see our pictures of a prototype.... A couple no name companies have it listed on froogle for around $380 --- so the MSRP of $490 seems a bit out of wack.

 $430 (give or take $50) is fricken nuts for a case, granted its a very nice case but damn. I would have thought a tad more towards the $200-250 range.

Guess that PSU really drives up the price.

$490!?!?!?!??

Ouch! Was the P180 this expensive when it came out? Otherwise, looks to be everything I want my P180 to be :P

Just looked at your original article and seen that it comes with 2PSU's, still, would like an option for no PSU's though.

yeah, but it doesn't come with a PSU for $440 right? Add in the price of a 1200W PSU and it would add at least $300 to the bill give or take a bit.

haul that thing to LANs and you wont have to go to the gym, think of the membership fees you would save, no wait, you would most likely be spending it on the chiropractor when you throw your back out.

his cat likes anything dealing with PCs, think its that whole pets are like their owners thing.

After I put in my four hard drives, video cards, mobo and memory I bet this thing might be over 60lbs... It's a beast...

I bet a pair of these sitting on the cheap fold out tables that are common at LAN's they would break them in half...
