The Worst of 2007

2007 was filled with quite a bit of technology highlights for sure, but we also found quite a number of hugely disappointing industry low points which are worth mention. While it’s always easy to focus on the positive by awarding the best of (that’s another article), the negative ones – I feel – need pointed out soon to help folks avoid them. I think 800MHz is actually 400MHz due to double data rate and the 550MHz is 1100MHz

I haven't read the review as I'm in work.

Well that was a very indirect answer to my question.

SUMMARY: PNY really push the boundaries of DDR2 with this 1173MHz kit...

so 400FSB(800mhz) -> ~550FSB(1173MHz)
