Hiper Type-R 480W Power Supply Review


Our previous review looked at Hiper's popular 580W modular Type-R power supply, and it received high marks. This review takes a look at their slightly lesser known Type-R that does not feature the modular cable design, and is also only 480W. The "M" model is the no-frills version, however still contains many of the same components and features as the higher priced modular models.

for what its worth more and more people are saying good things about Hyper PSU's, it looks like we may finaly have a decent modular PSU to compete with the OCZ modstream. And one that can put the Ultra out of peoples minds.
