What's a W9? Some kind of Customs form?
I just got a NZXT Lexa Blackline and I didn't have to fill that out. That shipped it the next day no questions asked.
The Blackline is an awesome case by the way.

A W9 is a tax form from the IRS.

I thought looked weird that Smack has a receptionist at his house, front desk people will sign for anything that the UPS/FEDEX sets in front of them. Hell same for most shipping docks.

Re: May 2008 Forum Drawing - NZXT Tempest Computer Case!
thought this was squared away... I've called back the marketing company NZXT hired to push their products and left voice mails at their office and cell phones. Sorry this is still not resolved... NZXT wants more reviews published on LR, but that isn't going to happen if this isn't resolved.

It wouldn't be the first time Fedex, UPS, etc delivered a package to the wrong address. The wrong state is a bit much though.

Re: May 2008 Forum Drawing - NZXT Tempest Computer Case!
APC sent a massive UPS to our business once. Of course our shipping/receiving signed for it. Problem was, it sat there for two months since they couldn't figure out who ordered it.
Somehow the boxes were dropped in my department's area. We placed a few calls to APC. Since it was an insured shipment, APC corrected the problem and sent product again to the right customer. As for us, APC said keep it.
Hopefully in this matter, the shipment was insured. The product may take a little longer to arrive once things get cleared up.

Re: May 2008 Forum Drawing - NZXT Tempest Computer Case!
I just got a response back from NZXT -
The case has been sent but I’m having a bit of trouble locating its tracking because forum winners aren’t set up as reviewers. I will follow up with our shipping dept tomorrow and reply you with its current status, please feel free to let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. We’re here to help!
Thanks,
Tom H.
