Wow, I just ordered a RamFan from Newegg today .... All the reviews I found on it said the same; It's loud... I went over to ebay & found a 60mm 3-pin Delta fan with a rated 29 dBA @ 3600 rpm which I plan on dialing down.. The purpose was to quiet it down a little. The review was spot on Nate! The flaw that you noticed for not cooling the outside stick of RAM needs to be addressed to work effectively for me as I plan on throwing a ton of power at em... Hopefully, I'll find a solution & let ya'll know. If anyone wants a link to the ebay store for the fan, please PM me.
