I just got myself another Vertex 4 128GB and paired them up in RAID0 and this is what I got:
In Device manager on the other hand it shows a Microsoft driver from 2006 - wouldn't that be outdated and if yes - where can I get new drivers to update? My specs are in my sig.

Don't worry about the MS driver. It's just a generic driver for recognizing the RAID volume. I can tell from the AS SSD screenshot that you are running Intel's driver. Since TRIM doesn't work with RAID drives on anything but the Z77 I'd recommend you try and find the modified drivers that enable TRIM for your board.
