Know any good ones? The only RAID I've used is the onboard nForce RAID, so I have no idea who makes good RAID cards for the price...

Excellent choice. I have heard many good things about it. Aside from that, I think you'll have a hard time finding anything in the sub $200 range that has both PCIe and at least 4 SATA ports.
