Three Sata HD Into Two Raid 0 Arrays?

Had a guy ask me a question I had never thought about today.
Can you take 2 160 GIG Sata and One 320 sata, partition the 320 into 2 160g partitions.
Then use one 160, and one 160 partition to raid 0 XP
Then the other 160 and the remaining 160 partition to raid 0 Vista
Then Dual Boot by switching boot drives in BIOS.
Toldem I'd check but that it sounded like a recipe for disaster to me lol.
Any Ideas?
