Raid level 5 always Initializing every week or so..?

Raid level 5 always Initializing every week or so..?

why does it keep Initializing, it takes all day..? Every other week it seems to do this.

Bios 0297
Strip size 64kb
phsical sector size 512
logical sector size 512
3 hard drives
