Raptor or Black

So I need a new hard drive and thinking about getting two Western Digital Caviar Black WD6401AALS in RAID 0 or 1 Western Digital VelociRaptor WD1500HLFS. I can't decide!

lol, Seriously though, do you need the storage space or do you want the access to be as fast as possible?
If storage is your vice then get the 640GB RAID0, but if you want it to 'feel' faster get the velociraptor.
