OCZ Vertex 2 SandForce 100GB SSD 1st Performance Benchmarks
CrystalDiskInfo 3.3.0: HDTune 4.01: ATTO 2.46: As you can see the drive is hitting 289MB/s Read and 237MB/s Write in ATTO, which is pretty darn impressive.

Re: OCZ Vertex 2 Pro SandForce 100GB SSD Performance Benchmarks
After just benchmarking the OCZ Vertex 2 Pro and the Crucial C300 all I can say is WOW... SSDs are really coming along well. The new Windows 7 based SSD test system with an Intel 40GB gen 2 34nm SSD with TRIM as the boot drive is doing great. I'm running all the SSDs being tested on the Marvell SATA 6Gbps controller and so far it is really working out well. The old ICH10R test system with Windows Vista worked well, but this is the ticket for testing in 2010.

I can't trust OCZ after the core v2 fiasco. If there is any problem they can abandon you saying "is sandforce who don't provide X or Y" . Intel is working on the 25nm right? If OCZ just make a disk a little better than "old" X-25 G2, lets see what intel will bring in the "near" future. Also, the new 6Gb SATA is the perfect match for new SSDs because are reaching the "read" limit for SATA-2.
The good part is, intel will need to hurry up.

yeah I got some 25nm NAND on my desk in a picture frame, so it's being ramped up now.
Intel already said that an Intel SATA 6Gbps controller will be coming in 2011... I hope that is just smoke and that the controller they are developing for the 25nm drives will be SATA 6Gbps... The Crucial C300 is also a fast drive.. I'll post up some benchmark numbers on it later.
