what is the difference in the

What are the prices? For the 77 I see it for the xfx is a good choice. The only thing is if the OC version is the same it's worth it. If not you can get the stock one and overclock it the same for cheaper.

the XFX is $80 and the PNY is $112 i just wanna know whats better or if they are just the same just ones over clocked .

well on amazon, as linked in the "legit deals" subforum, the PNY is 112 with a $70 MIR(if you want to wait for a rebate, and trust it will come in) bringing it to ~$43 with free shipping to the U.S., sounds like a deal to me

I hate mail in rebates. I guess they do their job and keep more money.
