The MSRP of $349.99 and the launch prices of $399.99 are now long gone and we are finding retailers that have this card for under $300 now. What you guys/gals think?

considering that you can get a GT for about $270, this lower performance sybling should be around $200-$220

OK, good. If I need a new GFX unit, then I'll pick up one. But, I'm still planning to buy a new rig at the end of this year. PCI-E and AMD Dual Core (unless Intel goes one better that is, my loyalties lie with performance).

thanks but I don't need any help (especially forcing) and I don't think it's fair. people should switch to PCI-E because they want to and not because they are forced.
