Once again on the quest for my custom PC.
I am looking for a card with 512MB, PCI-E, 8000+ series.
My budget is between 200- 350 willing to go up to 375.
Can anyone help me in my search for the best deal?

8800GTS 320MB for that budget.
What resolution do you plan to be gaming at? You should only need the 640MB version if you plan to be gaming at above 1680x1050 (maybe including that resolution as well? I'm a little hazy on where the memory boost is needed).

Well I have a LG 19" LCD Flatron L1920P.
I think the max is around 1280 x 1024 / 75 Hz. BUT
I am prob. going to sell this one on LF. Besides that.
If you anything with 1280 x 1024 / 75 Hz and above in screens....Anywhere.
That budget is going to be around 200-325.
Anyone got anything?

IMO the 640Mb is not worth it. It starts to take a slight lead around 1080P resolution (Full HD,1920x1080)

The 640Mb is hardly 2FPS faster at 2560x1600 with 16x AA/AF.
All the reviews come up with similar results: the 320Mb is a MUCH better value, price/performance ratio is hard to beat.

They're absolutely right. The 640MB isn't worth the extra premium. I heard that the 640MB would fare better in DX10 games, but have not gotten ANY conclusive proof on that. If you are *really* set on the 640MB, eVGA is selling one at
$349.99 after MIR...
