nTune?

Have any of you used the Tune System feature?

I have my FSB oc'ed through the BIOS.
I assumed at first that the Tune System feature would alter only the settings for the video card.
When I told it to go ahead and run the tests, I noticed that it was looking at my MOBO settings as well.

I stopped the test in fear of what it might do to the MOBO settings.

What have your experiences been?
