Difference? 7800GT and 7800GTOC

I have the chance of picking up a 7800GTOC card for a great price. I presently have a 7800GT, can I hook the two up in SLI? Are they the same, except one is OCed? I know the size of the RAM is the same.

If you could tell me, I'd appreciate it.

1 - Yes, you can hook them up SLI as long as they both use the same series driver (same GPU), but they will run as fast as the slowest clocked card.

2 - They are the same card, one is just overclocked...increased core and memory clocks.

Are they EVGA cards?
