Sorry to bother again ... but I just bought a PC ... Amd x64 dual core 4000+ ... 2GB DDR2 ... Nvidia Geforce 7600 GS ... and I enter World of Warcraft ... and after 10 sec ... it crashes ... a blue screen apears and disapears quickly ... barely having time to read anything ... but I think it says something like Ran out of memory ... some numbers ... andt then it restarts ...

Go into the Advanced System Properties of you puter ...
Startup and Recovery ...
Tell it to not reboot itself after a crash.
Then you'll have time to actually read the error message and write it down.
After that, you'll most likely be able to find the cause of it somewhere on the web.

Video games are hard to run, they recommend that you update the drivers for the video card, and sound card/chip. Most are out of date when you take the puter or card out of the box.
Head over to the computer manufacturer website and get the newest drivers, if it's a custom build then go the the manufacturer of the video card website, and teh motherboard manufacturer website. Repost if you need some help with that.
Good Luck with it.
